You can’t start helping others until you help yourself. So, Take the time to think about what you want out of life, get organized, and get your game on! Follow these 3 Helpful Tips to Turned Your Goals into Action.

1.Dream: What is your heart's desire? Have you ever noticed that children have no limits to their thoughts? They believe they can be and do anything!!! Take a moment to forget about your adult responsibilities and think...if you could do or be anything, what would that be? Nothing is too big or small.

2.Goal: WRITE IT DOWN. When you have collected your thoughts, write them down. So often dreams become differed simply because we forget what they are. When your dream is on paper, it is now a goal you are able to begin working towards! To make the experience more visual and fun, make a Game Plan Board!!!

Traditional Method: You will need the following: Scissors Glue sticks Large poster board , Old Magazines, Newspapers, and/or Internet photos

Using old magazines, newspapers, and/or Internet photos, and scissors, cut out words and pictures that represent what your dreams are. Feel free to cut out as many as you can. Using the glue stick, arrange the photos and words on the poster board and paste them down. Allow them to dry. Hang the game board in a place where you are forced to look at it regularly. Looking at the board consistently should be used as motivator to win this game called life!

Digital Method: You will need: Computer, Internet access, Jing or any other free digital poster maker

Using personal photos or images found online, arrange them in the digital poster program of your choice and add a small caption if you so choose. Be sure to save your work often. Finally, save your poster as the screen saver on your computer. Looking at the poster often should serve as motivation to plan your life changing win!

3.Call to Action: "What will it take for me to achieve each goal?" This is where you have to be honest with yourself. Take one goal at a time and focus on what individual steps need to be taken to make that goal a reality. For example: Say you may have always wanted to start a business of your own based on a hobby you are good at.

Step 1: Research what it takes to run the type of business you want to start. talk to other entrepreneurs in your field use the internet as a tool get feedback on the quality of your product with family and friends

Step 2: File the necessary paperwork within your state

Step 3: Develop a website

Step 4: Launch your business

Step 5: SUCCEED!

Continue this process for each dream turned goal. Use your plan as the road map to your game day success! Once you have organized your goals and developed a way to reach them, execution is key.

Remember, in life, you are the only one who can change the path of your life. You've got this! Suit up, get out there and give it your all...see you on the winning side!
