It’s important to remember the power of prayer/meditation for mental health and wellness. #1 Pray/Meditation People say, everything you eat becomes. So, quit eating "junk" food, don't eat until your full, and start eating healthier. Well, that’s all well in good, but before you start a new leaf on life it is important to purify your mind, body, surrounds, and spirit to receive the good energy. Without health, there is nothing. Eating properly allows your body to tune itself naturally. It boosts energy, allows a better attitude, gives more motivation, combats disease, and basically you get to live longer. By giving your digestive system other life forms, you will feel much more aware of your own body and appreciate the circle of life. That’s why before you eat you should always be aware that a plant or animal gave its life so you could experience yours tomorrow, be grateful. Say a prayer/meditation your gratefulness before every meal.

Don’t know how? Seek out a spiritual mentor to give you guidance. They should be someone that is a person who uses compassion, joy, kindness, and faith. They consider personal growth and fulfillment as a central goal. They help you discover your place in the universe. Spirituality can be considered to be a path toward self-actualization.

The second factor of commitment requires integrity. Committing, to be honest with yourself and quit deceiving will strengthen every dynamic you face as a human. You might find it easier to stick to these two factors if you attend some kind of challenging growth group. No one is perfect, and ambitious people tend to be the hardest on themselves. Give yourself the positive strokes you deserve. Let your heart know that just because you didn’t achieve perfection today doesn't mean you won’t be successful tomorrow.

Give yourself a pat on the back for effort. Just like you like that pat on the back so does your partner, spend time with loved ones and get that warm feeling inside before bed. Play with your kids, cuddle with your partner or even snuggle up with your pillow. A little warm fuzzy goes a long way in making you feel human and happy.

Once you have done that set your alarm and thank the universe for another day. You couldn’t have done it on your own. Mentally give thanks to all those who contribute to your advancement each day. Give spiritual thanks for the forces beyond the physical as well.
