Welcome to part two of the Lowe's Upskill Project with the Carolina Cookery. Rashaunda and I decided to create a simple and relaxing space for the backyard by using 4-in x 4-in x 8-ft lumber, planters, flowers, and string lights. In the video, you will see that we started by leveling the lumber in the planters and filling them with quick setting cement. Once the cement dried, the planters were placed in their desired spots. Soil was added on top of the cement in the planters so we could add flowers to the base of the lumber; and, hooks were added to hang 13-ft string lights. Flowers were planted in between the planters to create a floral boundary for the relaxing space. The outdoor space was decorated in a way to compliment the current aesthetic of the house.
